Quince & Apple, founded by husband and wife team, Clare and Matt Stoner-Fehsenfeld moved into their Madison Enterprise Center kitchen just in time for the 2009 Holiday rush. Their distinctive, sweet and savory preserves are prepared in small batches using the highest quality fresh ingredients. Orange Marmalade with Lemons, Shallot Confit with Red Wine, Pear with Honey & Ginger and Fig & Black Tea are currently available with new recipes under development. Sarah loves working with entrepreneurs. Her business background includes running her own studio pottery business, a marketing position in the natural foods industry and a MBA from UW-Madison.
