26 Years of Business Incubation!

Madison Gas and Electric and Common Wealth Development formed a partnership in 1987 that launched the Madison Enterprise Center. MG&E owns the historic MEC facility and generously leases it to Common Wealth that operates the incubator program and manages the property. The MEC has supported the success of 100 small businesses that have created 400 new jobs during their incubator stay.

AquaMost had a great experience at the MEC.

The facilities were a key part of our transition from a laboratory startup into a growth phase company. We loved the entrepreneurial atmosphere, the diverse set of neighbor companies and the great neighborhood restaurants. Thank you for your support.
