              Common Wealth Development was honored in a ceremony last week by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago for its “commitment to preserve the vitality of neighborhoods in Madison.”  Specifically the award recognizes the success of Jenifer Place.  The Community First Award comes with a grant of $10,000.
