Attention Yahara River View Apartment Tenants:

The bank is no longer accepting checks made payable to Common Wealth Development.

From now on all checks must be made out to: Yahara River View Apartments

All of your garbage and recycling questions can be answered by referring to the 2011 Recyclopedia.

Common Wealth Development asks that all tenants follow the rules and guidelines set by the City of Madison.

Rent and utility information for all tenants

If you are facing difficulties paying rent due to an unexpected setback, please contact Diane Eddings at 256-3527 ext. 27 or diane@cwd.org. She may be able to direct you to resources that can help. In addition, Diane is sometimes able to set up a payment plan, but you must communicate with her. Don’t ignore the situation! It could lead to you jeopardizing your housing!

EBS Bills-you do not need to write separate checks for EBS and Rent. Both bills can be paid on one check.

MG&E Bills-you do not need to write separate checks for MG&E bills and Rent. Both bills can be paid on one check.

If you can’t pay rent by the 5^th, contact Diane at 256-3527 ext. 27 or diane@cwd.org to let her know. Otherwise you will be charged a $20 late fee.

If your check doesn’t list your address, it would be helpful to put it in the memo section.
