This is a 30-40 hours/week position starting March 5, 2012. The wage rate is $16/hour with benefits including family health insurance, holidays, vacation, sick, and personal time.

Common Wealth Development was awarded $100,000 from the Business Energy Efficiency Program (BEEP) administered by the City of Madison Community Development Block Grant Program to make energy improvements to MSI that include 22 new high efficiency HVAC units, a 10 kWh solar electric system and common area lighting upgrades. The source of this funding is federal stimulus money from the US Department of Energy. $50,000 is a grant and $50,000 is a no interest loan.

Full Spectrum Solar, a Madison Enterprise Center 2010 “graduate”, was honored at the Dane County Small Business Awards breakfast on Friday June 10.  Brothers Burke and Mark O’Neal accepted the award.
