Common Wealth's most recent affordable housing development is Yahara River View Apartments; a 60-unit apartment development located one block off Williamson Street along the beautiful Yahara River. Eight of the apartments have no income requirements. Fifty-two of the apartments are dedicated to meet the needs of low and moderate-income individuals and families.
