Community Room Request Form at Yahara River View

Community Room Guidelines & Rules

Please read thoroughly, if you wish to reserve the community room please submit a request through the website and submit the $100 refundable deposit to the On-Site Manager’s Office. A $100 security deposit should be dropped off to the manager’s office (no cash accepted).  This amount will be refunded within five (5) working days after the reserved date if the cleaning guidelines were followed and nothing is missing from the community room or damaged.   If you do not leave the room in a clean condition for the next group to use and CWD needs to clean after your event then you will be charged a standard $25 cleaning fee.   You will also be responsible for any damages that exceed the $100 security deposit. 

Resident must make arrangements with the Housing Manager two working days prior to the event to arrange for key pick up.   Please do not wait until the day before or day of the event.

For the comfort of all our residents, this building and property is designated as non-smoking.  If you or your guests wish to smoke please do so off the premises. Resident is responsible for all actions of their guests and any accidents and/or damages that may occur.  When the party is over, please inform your guests to be quiet when they leave the building.  Functions cannot run any later than 10:00 pm.

By submitting your request to reserve the community room you:

  • Are agreeing to the guidelines and rules of the community room
  • Understand that the security deposit will be returned to you unless any of the guidelines and or rules are violated
What you should do when you finish using the community room
  • Vacuum the carpet
  • Clean tables
  • Sweep the kitchen floor
  • Clean kitchen
  • Empty trash
  • Return all furniture to it’s original location
  • Remove all personal belongings
