Current Apartment Openings with Common Wealth Development

Common Wealth Development has 99 affordable rental units in the Williamson Marquette Neighborhood.  Most of the units turn over in the summer months between June and August.  However, we periodically have openings throughout the year.   If you see a current apartment vacancy that interests you, contact Jill Oelke for more information or to set up a showing.  We hope we are able to serve your housing needs.

All of our apartments are non-smoking.  We allow up to two cats per unit but do not accept dogs.
