Rental Application and Interest List with Common Wealth Development
If you are interested in one of our available apartments please complete the application and return it to Common Wealth Development. Please note that we do not accept applications unless you are applying for a specific apartment. We do not keep them on file as a waiting list.
(EACH APPLICANT MUST FILL OUT A SEPARATE APPLICATION UNLESS MARRIED/JOINT APPLICANTS)
To be put on the Interest List please call 608-255-9782 or email jill@cwd.org Leave your name, contact information, size apartment you are looking for, and interested move in date.
The Interest List is in effect from September through March. If within that time a particular apartment is or will become vacant, that matches your criteria, you will receive one phone call and/or email with the information. Apartments are first come first serve. This does not serve as a waiting list.
After March we ask that prospective tenants keep an eye on the website or call in periodically; we do not call people on the Interest List from April through August.
