Common Wealth’s most recent affordable housing development is Yahara River View Apartments; a 60-unit apartment development located one block off Williamson Street along the beautiful Yahara River. Eight of the apartments have no income requirements. Fifty-two of the apartments are dedicated to meet the needs of low and moderate-income individuals and families. This brand-new apartment building features many amenities including: beautifully landscaped grounds, new energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, radiant in-floor heat, private patios and decks, non-smoking building, bicycle racks, community rooms, business center with Internet access, canoe storage, and underground parking.
